Wagner Spraytech 515 Reversible Spray Tip for Airless Sprayers

The 515 Reversible Spray Tip is perfect for use with interior/exterior latex paint, solid stain, and acrylic latex primers. It atomizes the material and creates a 10” wide spray pattern for a smooth, consistent finish. You can easily clear any blockages near the spray tip without disconnecting the hose thanks to its reversible design.

This tip is compatible with various pump sprayers, including Amspray, Wagner, Wagner Paint Crew, Wagner ProCoat, Costco, ProForce Sherwin Williams, SprayTech Apex, Titan, and Titan Advantage models. The minimum GPM required is 0.23, and a 100 mesh fine filter is recommended.

The 515 reversible spray tip can also be used with oils, paints, stains, latex and oil enamels, and waterborne clear coats. Its tip size of 0.015” creates a 10” wide spray pattern, allowing for a consistent finish. The reversible design permits users to quickly clear any blockages that may occur during operation.

Tip size is indicated by three numbers, with the first digit multiplied by two representing the pattern width and the following two digits referring to the orifice size in thousandths of an inch. On average, a reversible tip can last for 30 to 60 gallons of material.
